Raglic ("we", "us") designs and builds AI agents, workflow automation and custom software. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and your company name if you choose to give it. We also record which page or service you came from, so we can reply with the right context.
When you apply for a role. If you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, the role you are applying for and your message, plus your phone number and a link to your work if you choose to give them.
Technical information. Our servers process your IP address and basic request details to keep the website secure and to limit abuse, such as repeated form submissions. We also keep an anonymous count of how many times each blog article is read. That count is not linked to you.
Cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google AdSense to show ads. Both only run after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — choosing Reject instead works just as well, and the site behaves exactly the same either way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which brings the banner back. A separate sign-in cookie is used only by our own team in the admin area, and isn't affected by this choice.
How we use it

- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the website, and they process information on our behalf: a database provider that stores enquiries and applications, an email service that may deliver notifications to our team, an image host for the pictures on the site, and our web hosting provider. They may only use the information to provide those services to us.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and to keep reasonable business records. We keep job applications for as long as we need to consider you for the role and for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at info@raglic.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you live somewhere with data protection laws that give you additional rights, you can use those rights in the same way.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
